Corporate hotel rate intelligence

See which corporate rates beat the public rate.

The problem

No hotel site compares corporate rates side by side.

Analysts benchmarking a market by hand run hundreds of searches: one code, one hotel, one set of dates at a time.

Checked by hand

  • Open each hotel's site, one at a time.
  • Enter one corporate code per search.
  • Copy every public and corporate price.
  • Repeat for every night and every hotel.

One search in Corp Code Scout

  • Nearby hotels across five chains.
  • Codes from a curated catalog, tested.
  • Public and corporate prices side by side.
  • Ranked by discount on a list and a map.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is a corporate rate?

A private hotel price a company negotiates for its travelers, booked with a corporate code. It can land above or below the public rate, and it changes by hotel and by night.

Which hotel chains are covered?

Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and Accor, with more chains coming next. A search can include any of the covered chains. Corp Code Scout is independent and not affiliated with any of them.

What does one search return?

Nearby hotels ranked by discount, with the public rate, the corporate rates found below it, the company behind each code, and a link to view the rate on the hotel's own site. Results are observations for the dates searched, not quotes or guaranteed savings.

Does Corp Code Scout decide who can use a rate?

No. Corp Code Scout is a research tool and grants no eligibility. A corporate rate is only for travelers its company authorizes, and confirming eligibility before using one is the traveler's responsibility.

How does access work?

Corp Code Scout is in private beta. Request an invite, then sign in with Google or Apple using the email the invitation was sent to.
